[AMHU] Feedback Friday Art Edition Review May 31st 2013
This Friday on Earth with Jacob, he drew two more “Wild West” mice during his recording. One of them is a common western mouse that you will expect to catch him a lot in the upcoming new area, a low class rookie bandit – Ruffian Mouse. The second mouse that Jacob drew was a Tumbleweed “Mice” with a dozen of mice being tangled inside a tumbleweed. As usually I took a few screenshot from the live recording to let you all have a look and taste what they look like.

[AMHU] Mobile Feedback Friday Review May 24th 2013
This week’s Mobile Friday talks about all the new coming tweaks and fixes on MouseHunt Mobile App. A lot of interesting features are coming “within a fortnight”.
The App update will include the following:
- New introduction to the game for mobile app
- Animation during the start
- Background music throughout the tutorial
- Devs had done a play through of it during the live stream, which I had included parts of it below:
- Level up celebrations on the mobile app
- Tapping the icon of your current area will load the map and it will initialise the map at that current location as well
- When you horn sometimes your friend had already took you on a hunt and something like an error message will pop up. With the coming update a new pop up will replace that, showing you who you went on a hunt with and what did you caught.
- Supports for other platforms are not currently being planned, we are focusing on making the current platforms’ app up to date with the website version
- Crafting and general stores will be worked on for the mobile app

[AMHU] Feedback Friday Art Edition Review 18th May 2013
It’s FBF “Art Edition” so what do you expect? Yes our art wizard Jacob show his magic on the drawing “paper” again. This week Jacob continues to draw another Wild West mouse, the “Gambler Mouse” or “Poker Mouse”? The idea was started from a great suggestion from a viewer again. It was an image of a River Boat Gambler.
So who is this Gambler Mouse? From the look of his appearance and outfit, he is a master of gambling, especially at card games such as poker. He also seem to be a master of “cheating” with cards all hidden inside his clothing here and there.
I got a few screen shots from Jacob’s recording this week, enjoy!

[AMHU] Feedback Friday Art Edition Review May 10th 2013
This week Jacob the “MouseHunt Art Wizard” drew another Wild West theme mouse, where the week before last week was the Undertaker and this week is something more epic! This week’s theme was started base on Giorgio’s idea of Bon Jovi themed mouse – wanted dead or alive song.
So at the end the idea came to a cowboy with a steam engine robotic horse. First the horse was being drawn by following one of the viewers’ link to a steam punk horse. The finish sketch of the mechanical horse is shown below:
Then Jacob moved on to drawing the cowboy riding the fearsome horse and end up with the epic and awesome art work at the end. Below are a 2 screen shots that I had taken from Jacob’s recording.
Jacob had done his magic again! Another pure awesome mice had being summoned! Really can’t wait till the release of the Wild West area and start catching these wonderful mice.

[AMHU] Feedback Friday Review 3rd May 2013
This week is the first Feedback Friday (FBF) of May sadly there weren’t any spoilers this week, but just mainly Q&A.
Recent Tweaks/Updates
- This week the inventory had updated with new tabs for the special and collectibles sections. Check out our news post for full descriptions of all the features.
- Trap rendering upgraded – the mini animation effect when changing trap setup. This upgrade had also improved the performance of setup change process. Now you won’t get a mice shaking its head when changing setup and it’s rather instant now. (Note: when opening up the trap/base list, the loading time is still there)
Question & Answers
- When will we get something more than just open all or one?
- Due to the complexity of the code for inventory right now, it is rather hard to implement, so it’s not going to be worked on till later
- Will we get individual mouse scoreboards?
- Right now we are using the older systems
- We had found smarter systems tho
- However improving game performance and new contents have top priorities so this will not be worked on yet
- When will the rest of the Rfitwalk set be coming?
- It’s not currently in production, it will be worked on in the near future
Franco’s joke of the new content?
- “We are building the ship today, you will be buying parts to build it. It will take you to the new island!”
- The devs over reacted when Franco said it like a spoiler (Just think this is worth mentioning)
Anyway that’s the most interesting things in this week’s FBF. Thanks for reading this review brought to you by AsiaMH Union Guide! Subscribe the blog or like our facebook page to get updates on more MouseHunt news and FBF next week!

Inventory Tweak Update
As mentioned before in April 12th’s Feedback Friday, Dev was going to upgrade the inventory to make it more organized, with the addition of categories and multiple tabs all together in one place. Not long later it’s finally here! I will take you all through the new features added in this update.
Last updated: 4th of May 2013
- Firstly as can be seem from the screen shot below, now all individual sections under the inventory is all in one place with the use of multiple tabs on the top. Where as before we had to go down the inventory menu at the top to visit each place.
- The first 5 tabs range from “cheese” to “special” remains the same user interface, how ever you will notice big changes had being done to the “Collectibles” tab. Now all collectibles are divided into categories, additionally you can click the category tabs on the left side to see the collectibles in specific group.
- Recently they had also added tabs for the special section, makes it much easier to browse the specific items are you checking out.
- Another interesting feature would be the hover over feature where you can do specific actions to some of the collectibles by hovering your mouse over it and click the button.
Personally I really like this minor changes to the inventory. Now it’s much easier to navigate and for the collectors, it’s much easier to browse their lovely collectibles! I was hope there will be categories added for the trap section to separate different types of trap types. Well the changes so far is pretty neat.
Anyway hope you all enjoy the changes so far! Happy Hunting!
